And there is your problem. CCP doesn't officially support multiple clients, that's very relevant information.
If you want to run 5 clients at a time (and more power to you if you do) that's your problem. Don't ask for dev time to be directed towards this. Fixed window solves the problem for all single client situations, anything beyond that is your problem. If you need a multi-client fix, I suggest you either code your own, or pay someone (ISK or IRL money, up to you) to do it for you.

I ignored the rest of your post.
You are the only person I know of who fulfills the criteria of
a) running multiple accounts
b) not knowing about window management software
c) being stupid enough to run more clients then your computer can handle.
Most people who get far enough into eve to try a) are smart enough to think about b) and c)
Your abject ******ation does not merit developer time.

That's cool, I just removed the link to the software that you need to flip between your windows effectively from the post you claim you ignored. If you actually did ignore the rest of my post and now want that link, it'll cost you 5 mil. Idiots only get one round of charity.

Once again, fixed window will do that for you. Stretch over two screens in windowed mode, then select fixed window and voila!

Dual screens at Fullscreen is what I want, Not dual screens at windowed mode ,(Fixed or not.)
I use it to play like this.
I have done for the last year. No start menu, just the game.
Fixed window has a purpose. Everyone in this thread could use fixed window to their advantage. If you don't understand that purpose, and are unwilling to be told about it, that's your own damn problem. Don't complain about things you know nothing about.
I shall now stop instructing you all on how to fix your problems, since none of you want to hear. Fortunately, it matters not because CCP officially does not support multiple clients, so they won't give a damn what the OP wants, and they have already (as I just showed you) implemented an effective multimonitor solution that ticks all the boxes, so they won't engineer a new one because you can't wrap your mind around the existing one.
I'm officially out of care, you guys can circle-jerk and cry into each others shoulders all you want.
